How We Do It
In most cases we bottle our wines without any filtration as we feel it strips the wine of its flavors and the richness of its mouth feel. We bottle our wines in high quality heavy gauge Burgundy style bottles made of dark glass to protect the wine from light. As with every other step in the process we use only the finest quality materials including natural corks.
